Sowing Seeds
Sowing Seeds is a project designed to help out anyone in the congregation who might need some work done around the house that’s outside their own capabilities. Call if you’d like to volunteer, or call to see if the sowing seeds group might be able to help out in your situation.
Arlington LifeShelter
Members of St. Alban’s serve as volunteers at the Arlington Life Shelter on the 3rd weekend of every month. We prepare dinner on Saturday night and breakfast on Sunday morning for 75-100 people along with bag lunches for them.
Schools in Need
Schools in Need is a program of the Arlington Charities. St. Alban’s has supported this program for many years by giving money for school supplies for needy children.
Advent Project
While we prepare ourselves to celebrate the birth of Christ, we must not forget those in need. Our Advent Project supplies food and gift cards to needy families. It is a great way to let the hope and light of Christ shine.
