If you have knowledge and skills related to computers, websites, audio, and video equipment, consider using your time and talent for St. Alban’s.
The Kitchen Guild helps clean and maintain the kitchen and its equipment for the many functions that take place in the Parish Hall.
Child care for infants and toddlers is provided for principle services and special events. Nursery workers receive full training and background checks. Young and old are welcome to volunteer to help take care of our little angels.
Additional hands and reliable people are needed to complete various large projects throughout the year. You could be of assistance.
The committee helps facilitates the financial campaign that provides funds for the mission and ministries and facilities supported by the annual budget. Volunteers are always needed for this work, especially those with expertise in fundraising and development, and those willing to help with special events.
The Vestry serves the parish by helping the Rector oversee the church building and grounds, and the church’s mission, and the ministries that take place here. In addition to a monthly meeting, Vestry members also serve on various working committees. One must be nominated and elected by the parish to serve on the Vestry. Please call the church office for the current contacts on the nominations committee.
Trained volunteers offer an exciting curriculum for Christian Education from Pre-K through 12th Grade as well as for adults on Sunday mornings at 9:15 a.m. Teachers receive full training and background checks.
Volunteers are always needed for the many festivities and special events which occur here at St. Alban’s.
St. Alban’s Bookstore and Gift Shop is a wonderful place to spend some time as a customer, and as a volunteer. Proceeds go toward those of our community who are in need and to various other worthwhile projects in the city of Arlington.
No youth program is possible without a good number of adults who mentor and minister to our young people. It is a vital part of Christian formation in those important years of life. Youth sponsors receive training and background checks. Extra volunteers are also needed for limited engagements such as preparing dinners or helping with outings, parties, and special events.
