  • Fr. Joseph Francis, SSC // Rector

    A native of Arlington, Father Francis grew up in the Anglican tradition and discerned a call to Priesthood from an early age. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University (History, Philosophy, & Religious Studies) and Nashotah House Theological Seminary. Following a curacy at St Vincent’s Cathedral in Bedford, TX, Father Francis was called to be the 8th rector of St Alban’s in 2020. He is married to Claire and is the proud father of three.

  • Fr. John Phelps, SSC // Associate Priest

    Father Phelps is a mathematician and engineer by trade, with degrees from Colorado State University, the University of Pittsburgh, and Nashotah House Theological Seminary. Having been raised a Presbyterian, it was in college that he felt drawn to the depth of the Anglican Church. He served at parishes and missions in Arlington, Mineral Wells, Possum Kingdom, and Graham, Texas.

  • Creed Miller // Director of Music

    Creed was brought up in the Anglican tradition and has been immersed in sacred and instrumental music for as long as he can remember. He holds a M.M. and a B.M. in Cello Performance, the former from Texas Christian University, and the latter from Florida State University, and he plays often with the Plano Symphony Orchestra and the Richardson Symphony Orchestra. Creed has held several positions of leadership, as an acolyte and a staff singer, within the parishes he has served. He has previously been involved in the Diocese of Fort Worth as a staff singer at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church in downtown Fort Worth. Most recently he has served as the Director of Music at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Sherman, TX. Creed also enjoys music composition and will relish the opportunity to write for the choir of St. Alban's from time to time.

  • Keith Critcher // Parish Organist

    Church music has always been a central part of Keith’s life. Growing up in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, he was involved in Southern Baptist Church life and began playing organ and piano for worship services in 7th grade. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University, BM in Sacred Music and Southwestern Seminary, Fort Worth, Master of Music in Conducting and Music Ministry. He has also held music positions in the United Methodist, Bible, and Disciples of Christ churches. Keith is in his eighteenth year as Professor of Music at Texas Wesleyan University. He is actively involved as a Collaborative Pianist for professional musicians throughout DFW.
